NOTICE

Sub: Novel Engaging Course for B.Tech. / B.Arch. II Year 2021-22 academic session

All I Year students of B.Tech./B.Arch. (admitted in 2020) are hereby informed that Flexible curriculum scheme is implemented in the institute for all UG programs. As per the scheme, provision of Novel Engaging Courses (NEC) is made starting from III semester to VI semester, as a first step towards implementation of National Education Policy (NEP-2020).

IT IS MANDATORY FOR ALL STUDENTS ADMITTED IN I YEAR IN 2020-21 ACADEMIC SESSION TO SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE THE NOVEL ENGAGING COURSE (NEC) IN EACH SEMESTER (from III to VI SEMESTER).

The course will run as per the academic calendar and will be conducted by the respective Course Mentors.

Students are required to do the registration for the course. Registration for Novel Engaging Course will be through institute website (www.mitsgwalior.in) / MOODLE .

Registration link for III sem. courses will open at 3.00 PM on 26^th August 2021. Students are advised to visit the institute website / moodle regularly for latest information.

Important Guidelines for Registration of Novel Engaging Course

1. Students must be very careful during selection of Novel Engaging Course. Only one entry is allowed per student. In case of multiple entries, first successful entry will only be considered.

2. Registration in each course will be on First Come First Serve Basis (FCFS). There are limited seats in each course.

3. After successful registration, no change is allowed.

4. In addition, an auto generated mail from Google will be received indicating the course selected during registration. In case, the student receives a mail not showing the selected course, he/she has to register again.

5. In case of any technical issue with Google, students have to re-register in remaining courses.

6. Without registration students will not be able to attend the Novel Engaging Course.
